
Today I woke up inspired to start a 50 day journey to transform my body.
Life can change so fast and so can our weight. I know for me; even though I am a personal trainer, I too struggle with controlling how much I eat. I have realized that my discipline needs another training camp because as soon as Covid-19 quarantined us I’ve gained 10lbs. I’ve been working out but I have been over eating and having more cheat meals than normal.
So today is Day 1. Of 50.
This is a personal journey I want to take to feel my best fit self again. I want to take back the life I was living. It begins today April 27th and will end June 15th(My Birthday!) To be able to enjoy my birthday cake haha
But Why?
Vulnerable to say but today when I got on the scale and saw my weight at 165lbs(75kilos) I was shocked. My height is 5’8 (1.73 meters) and this is the heaviest I’ve been in years since my 50lb weight loss 10+ years ago.{On the left 200lbs/90 kilos & on the right 150lbs/68 kilos}

I dropped another 15lbs after my divorce a couple years later and weighed 135lbs. That was the weight I started on Youtube.
Soon after, I regained healthy muscle weight and was steady again, reaching 143 lbs. Then I moved to Thailand in 2015 for 5 months and I loved eating Thai food hahaha *whisper* & got back with my toxic x. Due to stress I went up to 150lbs. The last two years I gained another 5 pounds. And that brings us here, a pandemic! That’s where these last 10 pounds come from, now at 165 pounds!
My long lasting off and on again relationship stress, running a business and now Coronavirus was bound to catch up to me. I can see it in pimples, white hair and weight gain.
I want to stay body positive!
Even at a heavier weight I have learned to love myself and that makes me feel happy. In the past I hated my body when I would gain weight, now I have compassion with body. She is a temple and I must love body no matter what. I will measure my weight daily only to measure my progress. In no means does it reflect my value and self worth. I want to take the power back from my scale and just see it for what it is, a tool to measure my successes!
What Will I EAT?
My diet will be “almost” Keto Diet (Low carbs, high fats & proteins) since the sedentary lifestyle we are currently living doesn’t require alot of carbs. This will also train my discipline and thats what I need most.

What about my workouts?
The workouts will stay the same since I already do 4-5 days resistance training and 3-4 days of cardio. My Workout Guide gives you step by step.
My Goal weight after 50 days is 150lbs and back to 20% Body Fat. I am currently at 165 and 23.8% BF. My journal goal is to write everyday throughout the journey. I will be using My Fitness Pal to count my calories that will total 1300-1600 cals (more calories on days I workout).
I will give myself weekly bubble baths to rewards myself.

I will be updating my foods and workouts on IG stories but everything will be here on the blog in detail. I will share what I am eating and all the emotions with it!
