How To Get Curves!

dsc00550.jpgCan you get a curvy girl body? Absolutely! There is a way to get curves by emphasizing more on certain muscles. As a curvy girl trainer, I transform bodies that had little to no curves by focusing on butt, hips, chest, back and shoulders while simultaneously working the midsection. To get curves start a fitness program designed to concentrate on muscle groups so you bulge in all the right places, even if you are not born with a curvy girl figure.

To create a curvier body you should work on building the butt, hips, shoulders, chest and back.  By creating a larger butt, broader shoulders and a stronger back you give the appearance of a smaller waistline. The bigger the shoulders, the smaller the waist looks. Emphasizing on upper body curves will drastically change the appearance of your midsection. Squats and lunges are the best to build the butt. Doing at least 1 lower body workout a week can create a curvier butt and speed up your metabolism to shed body fat in the stomach. Posture is also very important in creating that hourglass figure. A good core workout designed to help with posture should consist of abdominal exercises and lower back exercises because standing up taller makes you instantly look 2-5 LBS lighter and gives your butt and upper body a curvier appearance while slouching reduces the appearance of curves. In addition, concentrating on oblique’s enhances the curves in your chest.

So to get curves stand up straight and find a fitness program designed to build the butt, hips, shoulders, back and chest while simultaneously working the core. The last thing to consider is your nutrition. Food choices and portions are also a  key component to get curves. As a curvy girl I make healthy choices in the kitchen at least 80% of the time to keep my waistline small and enjoy my favorite foods for 20% of the time to keep my sexy curves!
