Energy and Weight Gain Enemies:

One important thing to know is what food over works your body that leads to a lack of energy and weight gain. Your body works double time to break down certain foods and is the reason why you feel tired and start gaining weight. Sugar does the most damage. The pancreas has to crank up insulin to take the sugar out of your blood stream. That sugar then stores in your liver, muscles and fat cells.

So what are they? The foods that contribute the most to depleting your energy and weight gain are: French fries, potato chips, sugar sweetened drinks, red meats, and processed meats, sweets and desserts, refined grains, fried foods, 100 percent fruit juice and butter. It ages your body because it has to work so hard to metabolize and it leads to an imbalance of sugar and hormones.  Excess sugar fries your cells, which means it ages your body faster than God intended.  One supplement to take to decrease your sugar cravings in between meals is L-Glutamine. Start with limiting these foods to once a week and you will see and feel the results.
