This is the biggest myth that many people believe. They think by eating twice a day they can lose weight but what they don’t know is that it actually slows down your metabolism which forces your body to store fat instead of use it for energy. Your body burns calories to break your food down. So know this, eat and your body burns calories. Don’t eat and your body goes into starvation mode and store calories because your body doesn’t know if you will feed it again.
So start eating every 3-4 hours if you want your body to turn into a FAT BURNING MACHINE!
