
We made it through another week! It was an emotional week but it ended on a good note. I am learning to love and accept exactly where I am. I am single and working on loving myself better. The conversations I had with my close girlfriends on Friday really helped my appreciate this single time. I also got off dating apps because I felt that was me trying to get in the way of Gods perfect plan. He will bring me the man destined for me in perfect time. For now I won’t waste this singledom and master in self love. I know the more I love myself the more this person will love me too. People treat me the way I treat me. And this week I treated me with compassion, patience and lots of love. This resulted in 2 more pound of weight loss!

Losing 2 lbs was great but I am also seeing my skin is improving with all my water consumption. The benefits of following my booty guide is paying off in more ways than one. The one thing from the guide that I haven’t done is drink my apple cider vinegar and this has created some constipation. The goal this week is to take it at least once a day again.

Total food calories for today: 1,873 = 29% Carbohydrates, 38% Fat, 33% Protein.
I really enjoyed seeing my family today and didn’t feel bad for having cake with them. I kept it a small portion and thats what I am proud about. Seeing my mommy happy made my day. Wishing all the mommas a Happy Mothers Day XOXO
