
What is body positivity anyway? There are so many meanings to this trendy saying. To me it means to be the best I can, as much as I can. It also means to be kind to my body even when I gain unwanted weight. Just because I want to lose 15lbs doesn’t mean I don’t love myself. On the contrary, I want to make it a goal to love me for me. That was how I originally created my Booty Guide–to keep myself on track!
Diet & Workout for today
Today was a good day. I feel so good about my new commitment to myself. I woke up and started my day with 50 minutes of resistance training with my girls through a virtual class. I ate 1,400 calories missing my goal of 1,600 but I know I did my best. Everyday wont be perfect but I am exactly where I need to be. My Macros were 26% Carbohydrates, 42% Fat, 32% Protein. These were close to the goals(20/40/40) so I am still proud of me!
This is my body as of now and I am loving all 162lbs! Yes! I already lost 3lbs in water in 3 days. I drank a gallon of water each day and that made a huge difference. Try it yourself!
